  • I want to receive The Star Alliance Sticker Book. What do I need to do?
    As a travel professional in Belgium or Luxembourg, you need to subscribe to the Let’s Stick Together campaign by registering via this website. Click on the Register tab on the left and fill in your details. Please note: subscription to the Let’s Stick Together campaign isn’t automatically honoured with a copy of The Star Alliance Sticker Book. Reception is subject to availability, as it is a limited edition.
  • When do I receive my Star Alliance Sticker Book?
    After registering, you will receive an email. Do check again if all your data are filled in and are correct, to ensure your copy of The Sticker Book arrives at the right address. In case of mistakes, please send an email to info@staralliance-events.be. Your copy of The Star Alliance Sticker Book will be sent to you by mail in the following weeks.

    If - due to depletion of stock – we cannot honour your registration with a copy of The Star Alliance Sticker Book, we will inform you about this by mail.

    If you registered but you did not get an email confirming your registration, please check your spam folder or directly send an email to: info@staralliance-events.be.
  • I have gotten an email saying that I will not receive The Star Alliance Sticker Book. Why is that?
    The Star Alliance Sticker book is a limited edition and as such subject to availability and limited to one copy per person.

    To ensure every travel professional gets a fair shot at receiving The Star Alliance Sticker Book, the distribution of The Star Alliance Sticker Book is carefully monitored to guarantee a fair spread among all travel professionals – taking agency size and locations in consideration. Should the number of registrations exceed the available books, you will be notified on email.
  • Can I start collecting stickers – even when I have no Star Alliance Sticker Book?
    The Star Alliance Sticker Book is sent by mail and it may take some time to arrive. However, you can start collecting stickers as soon as you get our email confirming that you will receive a copy. Simply show a print-out of this email to the sales representatives of our Star Alliance member airlines, and ask them for Star Alliance Sticker Book sticker packs - whenever they visit your office.

    If you did not register, or if we could not honour your registration with a copy of The Star Alliance Sticker Book, unfortunately you will not receive the sticker packs. Only persons who are in possession of The Star Alliance Sticker Book are entitled to the sticker packs. The sales teams carry a list with the names of these registrants. No book, means no sticker packs. However, as travel professionals, every one of you is welcome at the grand Star Alliance events in Brussels or Luxembourg.
  • How do I collect the stickers?
    Each time one of the sales teams of the Star Alliance member airlines visits your office, they can give you a sticker pack, if you are on their list of registrants. Each sticker pack contains five random stickers to complete your Star Alliance Sticker Book with. Sticker packs are also distributed via Travel Magazine for some period. Of course you can swap stickers with your colleagues and the sales teams. If you still haven’t completed your book by October, you can collect the last stickers at the event.
  • How long does the campaign run for, and till when can I collect the stickers?
    The Let’s Stick Together campaign runs from 6 May till 27 October 2016 in Belgium and from 6 May till 12 October 2016 in Luxembourg, with the two Star Alliance events as a grand finale. You can collect stickers up to the evening of the Star Alliance events. At the events you can simply obtain the ones you still miss at the stands of the Star Alliance member airlines. Do hand in any double stickers or extras you have leftover at the Star Alliance stand, as we might need them.
  • What do I gain by participating in the Let’s Stick Together campaign?
    Your customers will thank you - Your clients turn to you for your creative travel expertise and dedicated customer service. With the limited edition Star Alliance Sticker Book you’ll discover the airline specifics, hubs, benefits, services and common Star Alliance products your international travellers will enjoy when flying with the 28 Star Alliance member airlines.

    You’ll have fun - With The Star Alliance Sticker Book, we’ve added an extra incentive to familiarize yourself with our members. Collect your stickers, complete the missing images and swap your doubles with colleagues and the sales teams our Star Alliance member airlines.

    You might win - The more stickers packs you collect, the bigger your chances of finding the rare Gold, Silver or Star Tickets. Randomly hidden in the packs, these special tickets entitle you to a VIP-treatment at the Star Alliance events and/or a nice prize or experience.
  • There are no sales visits planned in the next weeks, how do I get my sticker packs?
    Do not worry, you have until October to complete your Star Alliance Sticker Book, and you will receive sticker packs each time a sales representative of the member airlines visits.

    Should no such visits be planned in the coming weeks, you can also call the airlines and schedule a meeting with one of the sales teams. They will gladly update your knowledge on the specifics, hubs, benefits, services and common alliance products they can offer your customers, and leave you sticker packs on their way out.

    Alternatively, you will be able to complete your book at the Star Alliance events. Don’t bring your entire Sticker Book, as is it might get damaged or lost. 

    Simply take a picture of it and fill out the form in the back of the book which sticker you are missing. At the event show the photo and form at the airlines stands and ask for the missing stickers.
  • I wasn’t able to obtain The Star Alliance Sticker Book. Is there any way I can obtain one of the prizes?
    Do keep an eye on Travel Magazine – at the beginning of the campaign, we will also distribute sticker packs via this trade magazine. Maybe you are among the lucky ones to obtain a Gold, Silver or Star Ticket that way.

    Also, you are cordially invited to register for The Star Alliance Event (Luxembourg) or The Star Alliance Gold Star Party (Brussels) in October. These grand events are open to all travel professionals. They present an excellent opportunity to meet & greet with the Star Alliance member airlines, and network with your peers in the travel industry. Keep an eye on our website for more information later this year.
  • I have no Star Alliance Sticker Book. Can I come to the event?
    Absolutely! As a travel professional in Belgium or Luxembourg you are most welcome to join. Do register via the website that will be available a little later this year. You don’t want to miss it!
